The district brush pile behind Byron High School by the soccer fields will be burned off Friday, December 22 2023 if the weather conditions allow for that. The Byron Fire Department and Byron Forest Preserve will be assisting. This is subject to change based on the weather conditions.  If the weather conditions do not cooperate it will be rescheduled for another date, preferably over winter break.
