When: Thursday July 15th, 2-6pm
Where: Mary Morgan Office (Door 53)
What to bring: Current lease, tax bill, mortgage statement or closing papers AND 2 bills that tie your name to that address.
Certified copy of child’s birth certificate. (Hospital copies will not be accepted)
Copy of any special education paperwork would be appreciated.
