Mary Morgan Elementary School

Material Pickup

Teachers and staff are gathering student belongings from desks and locker.  We are organizing them in one central location.  Parents will come and pick up belongings on certain dates and times.  Each grade level has a designated time, and we ask that you make every attempt to pick up the belongings during these times.

 

Wednesday, May 20th

8:30 – 10:00 à PK, EC, and Kindergarten

10:00 – 11:30 à First Grade

11:30 – 1:00 à Second Grade

 

Thursday, May 21st

8:30 – 10:00 à Third Grade

10:00 – 11:30 à Fourth Grade

11:30 – 1:00 à Fifth Grade

 

Tuesday, May 26th

4:00 – 6:00 à will be used for anyone that is unavailable to pick up the belongings during the grade level assigned times. 

 

Please return the following items:

-Library Books

-Classroom books (Journey’s Book and any other books that were issued by the classroom teacher)

-Computer – (5th Grade Students Only)

 

Directions

  • Please follow the same procedure used during the school year when dropping off your child.
  • Enter the campus via the circle drive. Follow the curve passing the high school and continue towards the MMES main entrance. 
  • Please keep your vehicle in the line of other cars and up against the red curb.
  • All items will be picked up and delivered out of the main entrance of MMES.
  • Please have a sign with the following listed in a dark color and as large as possible: Student name, Grade, and Teacher name
  • Please stay in your vehicle at all times.
  • Staff members will deliver the belongings to your vehicle and pick up any items that need to be returned.

 

If you have multiple children that attend MMES, you will be able to pick up all of their belongings at one time.  Please make multiple signs with student and teacher information, and we will get you all of their belongings at once.
